Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan does not require payment and is not subject to refunds.

2. Paid Subscriptions

NERVE Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within the following terms:

3. Full Refund (within 7 days)

If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal, we will issue a full refund of the most recent charge. No questions asked.

4. Pro-rated Refund (8–30 days)

After 7 days but within the current billing period, we may issue a pro-rated refund based on the remaining unused days at our discretion.

5. No Refund After Billing Period

Refunds are not available for previous billing periods. We recommend canceling before your next renewal date to avoid unwanted charges.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your account email and reason for the request. We aim to process refunds within 5–10 business days.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.
