By accessing or using NERVE ("nervesearch.ai", the "Service"), operated by Datanomix LLP ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NERVE provides AI-powered search and research capabilities across public Telegram channels focused on AI & Data topics. The Service includes search, knowledge graph analysis, and deep research report generation.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond normal API usage
  • Redistribute content in violation of original authors' rights

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, features, and original content are owned by Datanomix LLP. Research reports generated through the Service are provided for your personal or business use. Source content from Telegram channels remains the property of their respective authors.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly in USD. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
