FIFIVE PRIVACY POLICY

Effective and last updated: August 12, 2026

This policy applies to the iPhone version of Fifive: 5v5 Soccer. Fifive is an independent game published by the publisher identified on its App Store listing.

No account, ads, or tracking

Fifive does not require an account. It does not contain advertising, request App Tracking Transparency permission, use an advertising identifier, or use third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. Fifive does not track you across apps or websites and does not sell personal data.

Data stored on your device

The app stores control and camera preferences, onboarding state, World Cup progress, a temporary pending room invitation, and a random app-specific analytics identifier. This information is stored locally with iOS app storage. It is not synced to an account or iCloud by Fifive. Deleting the app removes this local data.

Online multiplayer

When you use online play, the app sends the platform, app version, build number, and supported network-protocol range to check compatibility. Matchmaking and private-room services process a temporary room, role, gameplay inputs, and match snapshots so two devices can play. Fifive does not retain a history of opponents or completed multiplayer matches.

Limited operational records may contain the app platform, build, selected protocol, HTTP status, compatibility result, WebSocket close code, and technical error category. The Fifive application does not intentionally write room codes, gameplay payloads, IP addresses, or a persistent player identifier to these operational records.

Pseudonymous product analytics and Apple Ads attribution

App Store and TestFlight builds send a small set of gameplay-funnel events: app opened, app ready, mode selected, match started or completed, and Share or Invite tapped. Events may include the selected mode, teams or match outcome, score and duration, app version, build, distribution channel, language, coarse country derived by Cloudflare, random event, action, match, and session identifiers, and a random app-specific player identifier used to measure returning players.

Fifive may use Apple's AdServices framework to learn whether an app download was attributed to an Apple Ads campaign. The short-lived attribution token is sent only to Apple. Fifive receives and may store limited campaign information such as campaign, ad group, keyword and ad identifiers, conversion and claim type, country or region, and placement. Fifive does not receive or store the token in its analytics, does not use IDFA, and does not use this information to track you across apps or websites.

The app-specific player identifier is random, is not an Apple Account, Game Center, advertising or device identifier, and is not linked by Fifive to a real-world identity. The session identifier is created for one app launch. Simulator, debug, and local release builds do not send these events by default.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides network delivery, compatibility, matchmaking, relay, and operational infrastructure. Like other internet infrastructure providers, Cloudflare processes standard network information needed to transmit and secure requests. Apple distributes the app and provides the system Share Sheet, TestFlight, Apple Ads attribution, and optional App Store/Xcode diagnostics under Apple's policies and the device owner's settings.

Diagnostics

Fifive does not upload custom crash or MetricKit diagnostic payloads to its own backend. Apple may make opt-in crash, hang, performance, and energy reports available through App Store Connect, Xcode, or TestFlight according to your iOS analytics settings.

Sharing

When you tap Share, iOS opens the system Share Sheet. You choose the destination and what to send. Fifive may record that the Share action was tapped, but it does not record the destination or post to a social network on your behalf.

Retention and choices

Temporary rooms and live relay data exist only as needed to provide a match. Limited operational and pseudonymous product analytics records are retained only as needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the service. Offline modes do not use matchmaking or relay services, but App Store and TestFlight builds may still send the product events described above. You can remove local progress and the app-specific analytics identifier by deleting the app.

Children

Fifive is a general-audience sports game and is not directed specifically to children. It does not offer accounts, targeted advertising, chat, or user-generated content.
